James P. Corrigan, DO and Jessica Gerloff, CRNP are the NEW Dynamic Duo of Primary Care at PMA at Suburbia Square!

January brought a new year and a new Primary Care Team to PMA at Suburbia Square. Patients are now able to schedule an appointment with James P. Corrigan, DO, M.ED., Family Practice Medicine and Jessica Gerloff, CRNP

In an age where so many people are using urgent care, we asked them to explain why you still need a Primary Care physician or provider. Their reply was this, “Patients need a “medical home,” someone to coordinate all aspects of care and focus on a patient’s overall well-being. Primary Care providers do just that; we see patients for wellness visits which include routine screenings and physicals to keep you healthy, and non-emergent sick visits when you aren’t feeling well.” The addition of Dr. Corrigan and Jessica Gerloff, CRNP has allowed us to expand office hours offering additional appointments, as both will be available Monday-Friday all day.

When you see a Primary Care doctor on a regular basis, he or she will get to know you and have the ability to track your care over time. This continuity of care enables your doctor to more quickly identify health issues or changes, and to respond faster and more accurately when problems arise.

Considering that a Primary Care doctor may be your partner for a lifetime of good health, it’s important to find the one who is right for you. Of course, you’ll want to choose a doctor who is thorough and has a depth of knowledge. But, it’s equally important to find a physician who makes you feel comfortable, values your questions and opinions, and is a good communicator. A doctor who is willing to listen and discuss your concerns is one who will truly care about providing highly personalized care.

PMA Primary Care physicians care for the whole you – from top to bottom, inside and out, from childhood to old age, and through times of illness and well-being. We serve as your partner in achieving a healthy quality of life.

PMA at Suburbia Square is located in The Suburbia Square Shopping Center on Route 100 in Pottstown, PA. and open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Corrigan or Jessica Gerloff, CRNP please call 610-819-6601.
